That’s why when we saw an error message from one of our carriers about incorrect tracking information they were receiving from us with regards to some orders, we took immediate action by contacting them as well as other shipping partners so that these items could be rerouted correctly before reaching their destinations.

As soon as things calmed down enough for us to compile accurate order information, we created new labels and sent out notifications letting customers know what had happened (and who we were working with to ensure the issue didn’t happen again).
