It’s that time of the year again; leaves are changing colors and falling from trees, pumpkin spice lattes are back on menus, and we can finally break out our sweaters.

Fall is a great time for cozying up with a blanket while drinking tea or hot apple cider – so to help get you in the mood for some delicious home-cooked meals (or just give you some recipe inspiration),

here are three recipes that will make your mouth water! 1) Roasted Butternut Squash Soup: This soup couldn’t be easier to make – peel, cut up, roast squash in oven until tender. Add stock and puree it all together. Add salt/pepper/pumpkin pie spice to taste.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover squash from your halloween pumpkin carving!
