I always thought that sleeping was a good thing. I mean, it’s not like you’re doing anything while you sleep, right? Well when Steve is asleep he’s actually in danger. In this blog post we’ll look at how Steve can stay awake and make sure he doesn’t get eaten by the big fish or washed away with the tide.

What is Sleep?
Sleep happens when our bodies need to rest, and we can usually see it happening. Our eyeballs slow down, sometimes even close for a while. We might start yawning too! When sleep happens, we stop being aware of things around us – like what’s going on in the world or how long we’ve been sitting at this desk working.
So you could say that Steve only sleeps because he needs to recover from all his adventures and tasks so far during the day (and keep his strength up!). And there are some other benefits too.. When do animals sleep? Animals have different schedules for sleeping than humans do. A lot of them spend their days hunting prey or avoiding predators themselves by hiding.
